Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to
develop compelling visual content for online campaigns, print ads,
websites, and videos. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for
aesthetics, a strong portfolio of work, and the ability to translate design
requirements into captivating graphics.
Role Overview
As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from defining project requirements to creating and finalizing visual elements. Your designs will span across websites, books, magazines, product packaging, and more. You will collaborate with our creative team to ensure that all graphics are on-brand and effectively communicate the desired message.
Key Responsibilities
- Study design briefs to determine project requirements and objectives.
- Schedule projects, manage timelines, and define budget constraints.
- Conceptualize and develop visuals based on given requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for review.
- Create illustrations, logos, and other design elements using software or traditional methods.
- Select appropriate colors, layouts, and visual styles for each graphic.
- Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs.
- Test graphics across various media platforms to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Revise and amend designs based on feedback to achieve the desired outcome.
- Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and adhere to brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and technologies, including InDesign, Illustrator,
- Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
- Exceptional eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
