Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. You will manage a team of sales professionals, ensure targets are met, and work closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Drive client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in consultancy or service-based industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM systems.
